A DAY IN THE LIFE OF CORONAVIRUS BRITAIN
“I hope it does go down in history as a marker of just what the British public were feeling 2 weeks into lockdown”
Director - Anna Hall
A Day in the Life of Coronavirus Britain offers a look at lockdown in the UK over the course of 24 hours. Filmed on Friday 3rd May, we asked the British public to contribute to a film which would capture life in week 2 of lockdown – which would then be edited over the weekend, and transmit 72 hours later on Monday 6th April at 9pm on Channel 4. 3185 clips later, we had a film!
The film was applauded for being funny and moving, capturing the madness of life in lockdown for many thousands of people, as well as the sadness and tragedy of what was going on in the world around us.

Possibly an unpopular opinion but I feel more emotional, moved and hopeful by watching #inaday than I did by the Queens address to the nation yesterday.
